Cape Coral, FL, February 21, 2008 — The Cape Coral Eye Center, a full service eye surgery and laser center, announced today that Vincent Hayes has joined the practice as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Hayes, a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, has over 17 years of comprehensive experience in finance, accounting and business with healthcare organizations. He will be charged with overseeing Cape Coral Eye Center’s financial and management operations. Mr. Hayes most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Center for Sight in Sarasota, Florida, a practice with 17 board certified physicians and 200 employees. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University, Master’s in Business Administration from San Diego State University, and Master’s in Health Administration from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Founded in 1988, the Cape Coral Eye Surgery & Laser Center is fully licensed by the State of Florida as an Ambulatory Surgery Center, and is approved by Medicare and the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. It is the only facility in Cape Coral where eye surgery is performed.
