Cape Coral, FL. June 14, 2011– Nancy Brooks, MSM, FACMPE has joined as Human Resources Manager. Brook’s responsibilities include all aspects of HR management including hiring, administering benefits, performance evaluations, benchmarking, and ensuring the practice is in compliance with all human resources laws and regulations.
Brooks was previously employed as Patient Accounts Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Columbia Eye Clinic in Columbia, SC. Brooks has over 25 years of experience in a variety of aspects in a medical practice. Brooks obtained a Master’s of Science Degree in Management at Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma City, OK and is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives through the MGMA.

Brooks recently moved to Florida, previously residing in Oklahoma and South Carolina. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband.
