Our professional staff will fit and adjust your eyewear at no charge, anytime. We recommend periodic maintenance on your eyewear, which is also provided at no charge; this may include replacement of nose pads and screws or a thorough cleaning of your eyewear, whether you purchased them from us or not.

One Year Protection – During this time period frames and lens, will be warranted for 1 year from date of purchase, against any manufacturer defects (Manufacturer Warranty Applies). If the original is no longer available, a replacement of either frame and/or lenses will be made for the same or equal product. A small handling fee ($15.95) will apply.

Your purchase may also qualify for an Accidental Damage Policy that covers your eyewear against accidents within 1 year of purchase; a fraction of the original cost would apply (depending on the manufacturer). Additional warranties may apply with certain products or add-ons.  No returns policy – Eyewear is custom crafted to your specific measurements and needs. We will stand behind all of our products and we ask that you work with our staff to correct any concerns. Our optical lab partners give us a 60 days period, from day of purchase, to correct any concerns or adaptation difficulties. During this period we will remake your eyewear at no charge. Charges for upgrades may apply.
